After three successive redesigns with other providers, Pauline Fontaine still felt her website failed to reflect the elegance and high standards of her beauty salons. I guided her through the creation of a brand-new showcase site that highlights her premium services and training courses.

Client

Ana Gia Paris is a premium beauty institute and training center created by Anna Zouari and David Giaimo. Built around a patented Lympho Sculpt method and a rare level of expertise, the brand was evolving from a local presence to an ambitious, scalable beauty ecosystem. Their previous WordPress site, BBS Concept, no longer reflected this positioning or supported their growth goals.

What I Did

I rebuilt the entire digital ecosystem from scratch on Framer, structuring the platform around three dedicated spaces for three distinct audiences: treatments, training and practitioners, and the online boutique. Each space was designed with a clear hierarchy, mobile first UX and clean technical SEO. I integrated Planity for native online booking, Shopify for product catalog and payments, and set up Make and Brevo automations to handle acquisition, follow ups and training logistics. Every certified practitioner received a dynamic profile page, fully manageable from the back office.

Client Benefits

The new Ana Gia Paris platform now unifies three business models in a single, fluid ecosystem that is easy for David to manage daily. Local SEO and an optimized booking flow drive more qualified B2C traffic to institute treatments, while the training architecture and practitioner directory support B2B development at scale. The brand benefits from a modern, premium and scalable digital asset that converts visitors more efficiently and can grow alongside their strategic ambitions.
