About Aisol Flow Map
Build a flow map from your CMS in three steps. Drop a Collection List into the Nodes (CMS) slot and turn off its Pagination. Name the text layers in your CMS item "Title" and "Body". Optionally add a "Connects to" layer (titles or item numbers, comma separated) and a "Lane" layer (column number or name). Every CMS item becomes a node, and lines follow Connects to. Without it, nodes join in collection order.
Your list is never changed; the map shows its own copy of each item. The list is read and hidden, so a Load more button is not shown. Hover effects and interactions inside CMS items are not carried over to the nodes; links inside items work as normal links. Connects to and Lane are read, then hidden. With Style CMS nodes on, items get the node card, colours and text size; turn it off to keep your own design. Layer names can be changed in the layer fields.
No CMS yet? Leave the slot empty and place nodes by grid column and row, with keys, tones, links and connections that turn down, across or go direct.
Lines start and end on node edges and stay aligned when nodes differ in height, fonts load or the page resizes. Reduced motion shows the finished map.
On phones the lines give way to a stacked list where each node says where it leads. Screen readers hear the connections as sentences and CMS titles as headings.
The canvas shows a still preview: hand-made maps with their lines, and a Collection List as-is. CMS nodes and lines appear in Preview and on the published site.
