About DuneDrift Journey
DuneDrift Journey
A cinematic journey into the wild
Turn any Framer page into a living landscape. A caravan walks across endless dunes while the sky moves from dawn to day, sunset and starlit night. Everything is drawn live in code: no videos, no images, no fonts, nothing extra to load. Scroll the page and the caravan moves forward, the light shifts and the day passes.
WHAT YOU GET
- Endless parallax terrain, from sharp far mountains to soft dunes
- Full day cycle with sun, moon, stars and shooting stars
- 3 moods: Desert, Twilight and Glacier
- A caravan that follows the dunes and lights lanterns at dusk
- Clouds, sun rays, floating dust and film grain
- Scroll-linked motion, drag with momentum and mouse parallax
STEP BY STEP
1. Add the component to your project and drag it onto the page.
2. Stretch it to full width. Any height works, 700px or more looks best.
3. Pick a Mood: Desert, Twilight or Glacier.
4. Set Time of day. 0 is dawn, 0.25 day, 0.5 sunset, 0.75 night.
5. Turn on Scroll linked so the journey moves as visitors scroll.
6. Adjust Walk speed, Layers and Relief to change the pace and drama.
7. Switch Clouds, Sun rays, Stars and Dust on or off, and tune Film grain.
8. Place your headline and buttons on top, then publish.
TIPS
- Desert mood at sunset makes a dramatic hero.
- Set Walk speed to 0 for a scene that moves only when visitors scroll or drag.
- Turn off the caravan for a pure landscape.
- Use a tall frame, 100vh works well, for a full-screen hero.
Perfect for travel, portfolios, launches, hotels, wellness and storytelling pages.
