-the biggest problem is people dont know what they are looking at on a first glance
-The headline: this is the most important tbh, "experience matters" is too vague, people wont know what you are selling. Id make it something along the lines of "Your Dream Smile. Handcrafted in Austin." this will also give you the local info.
If they would want to keep the experience matters, we could go something along the lines of "Experience matters, So does your Smile"
-the background image is a random photo of the founders.
-we have 4 different call to actions, this is a great way to give decision fatigue to people entering your site
there are more things but want to keep this short so you might learn some stuff
