Just launched Corest — a brutalist, editorial Framer template built specifically for commercial property developers, architectural practices, and institutional asset managers.

Most real estate templates look like generic residential MLS listings. With Corest, the goal was to create a digital headquarters that commands institutional authority for high-value portfolios and $10M+ pipelines.

The Key highlights includes the custom nav, footer watermark (inspired by Monolog studio works), teams section and many more components which add personality to the site.

When building premium templates, even the dead ends need to look expensive. Took the custom glow effect I built for the footer watermark and repurposed it into a dormant, looping data-scan effect for the 404 component.

Exploring layouts for the Off-Plan pipeline. Went with a custom component for the pinned horizontal gallery. Paired it with some subtle viewport-relative parallax. Trying to capture the exact feeling of an exclusive institutional term sheet

Haven't posted in a minute, but the template progress is moving. Spent the last few days mapping out the About page Getting layout hierarchy, spacing, and button interactions to feel completely frictionless. The details are coming together.

Saw by__huy and Monolog's really cool footer animation on Backhouse production site and spent hours figuring out how to recreate it in @Framer.

Through nested CSS mask compositing + GSAP and iterations with Gemini built this custom component that isolates glows on vector edges.

7 days after launching Struktt, we just locked in our first sale.

I completely forgot to change Polar’s default tax settings to "Tax Exclusive." So guys do check it out if you are using polar.

Have updated the listing and a component bug for my first template Struktt, and as others have mentioned the video thumbnails make it more lively.

Attached the numbers as well after 48 hours of launch.
