Cogent goes live Monday.

10+ pages for AI agent platforms, copilots and workflow automation startups.

A few of what's inside:

· Animated agent-workflow diagram in the hero, built as a reusable component. Swap the logos, keep the motion.

· Terminal-style demo widget. Show the product working without a screenshot.

· Integrations across 15 tools, hand-built.

· Security & Trust with its own FAQ.

Full page list goes up with the launch on Monday.

The test for a template's style system is whether you can change the brand from one place.

Cogent passes it.

All colours and text styles are set in the Assets panel, so a buyer swaps their brand once and the change propagates through every page on the site.

Style guide included, so you can see everything that's there to change.

That's how rebranding should work.

The workflow diagram in the Cogent hero is a component and where the line sits matters.

Logos you can swap. Everything else runs.

Homepage structure done for Cogent.

One long scroll but not too long. Everything deeper moves to dedicated pages.

The homepage earns the click, the dedicated pages close it.

Working through pages in priority order.

Layout template for Cogent is in.

Everything on the site inherits two foundations: the nav and the footer. Build them once and all other pages stay consistent without touching each other.

The point of the layout template: edit the nav once, every page picks it up. Consistency that can't be talked out of.

Template #2 started this week.

Cogent. A complete website for AI agent platforms, copilots, and workflow automation startups.

Direction: leading with light this time. Warm neutrals, one accent color, readability over decoration.

Progress as it happens.

ConveneAI is live.

Three weeks ago I was posting progress shots of this build. Today it's actually on the marketplace.

ConveneAI. An AI meeting assistant template.

What's inside:

· Hero with an animated rings shader

· Problem section with sticky stacking cards

· Features, How It Works, 3-tier pricing with a working monthly/annual toggle

· Testimonials + FAQ running off CMS collections

· Custom cursor + scroll animations

· A 404 page with a shader in the zero

· Style guide page + Notion docs

Every color, font and spacing token lives in the style guide so rebranding doesn't mean digging through layers.

Built it the way I'd structure a client landing page: one question answered per section, next step never far away.

First template so if you grab it and something feels off, tell me. Feedback hits different when it's v1.0.

Shipping Friday.

I spent the morning looking for a reason to delay it.

Three weeks. A hero I rebuilt twice because the first version didn't feel right. A style guide built with Framer AI agents that just needed a few tweaks to feel right.

It's done. Listing done. Screenshots done.

The honest part: I have no idea if it'll sell.

The marketplace is crowded. I've watched creators I respect talk about sales slowing down. But it's finished, and after three weeks, that's the thing that matters most.

Friday it goes live. Then I find out.

Week 4 was the invisible work.

Been fighting a cold so couldn't post much but behind the scenes:

Restructured sections so the page flows better. Added animations that don't distract. Built a custom cursor that feels right.

One page. Every element is there on purpose.

Launching this week.

Section breakdown: the 404 page.

I didn't want a default error page. Every piece here is intentional.

Background: ASCII dot grid. Reads as "error" without saying it. Technical. A little broken. Fits the product.

The 404 heading: replaced the 0 with an animated Framer shader. Not static. It moves. Looks like a zero but it's alive.

Copy: "This page got lost somewhere in the meeting." Playful but not trying too hard.

Two CTAs: Back to Home, Browse Features. No dead ends. Every error is a navigation opportunity.

404 pages get more traffic than people think. Worth the 30 minutes to make it yours.

Working on a new Framer template - ConveneAI, an AI meeting assistant.

Got the hero, features, pricing, testimonials, and FAQ done this week. Dark mode, gradient orbs and a dashboard mockup for the hero.

Still need to do responsive, custom cursor and 404. Sharing progress as I go.
