Casato 1.1 is out. Three fixes I found by reading my own template the way a buyer would.

Headings: every card label was marked up as a heading, so a single property page shipped 70 of them. The cause was two text styles carrying the wrong HTML tag. Replacing the styles fixed every page at once instead of layer by layer.

Similar properties: the list used to include the property you were already looking at. One condition on the collection list and it filters itself out.

Forms: I submitted the contact, valuation and newsletter forms for real and confirmed the mail arrives. Better to find that out myself than through a buyer.

The instructions page now has a Known limitations section too. Writing down what a template cannot do reads better than pretending it does everything.

Casato update: the listing now opens with a 30-second walkthrough, and the template sits in the Listings category where it belongs.

Two things the listing page doesn't say. The search runs entirely on Framer's native Dynamic Filters, no code component in the filter path, and getting area, type, buy/rent and price to combine live took longer than any single page. And every photo was generated for one fictional alpine valley, so the demo reads like one agency rather than stock photos glued together.

Casato is live: a real estate template for Framer with a property search that actually filters. Area, type, buy/rent and price combine live on the page, agent profiles list their own properties automatically, and a Sell page captures valuation leads. 40 demo listings, 6 areas, 4 agents. First template, built in Zurich, more to come.
