Feature request: Dynamic subject lines (and Reply-To) for form email notifications

Every submission from a native Framer form arrives with the same subject and sender. In Gmail with conversation view on (the default, and what most clients use), all of a day’s submissions collapse into a single thread. My clients miss leads, and replying is risky because a reply lands in a thread containing other people’s enquiries.

Asking clients to turn off conversation view isn’t realistic, and routing forms through webhooks and Make/Zapier just to fix a subject line adds cost and failure points to an otherwise native setup.

Request:

Let the notification subject include form field variables, e.g. New enquiry from {name}, plus a submission timestamp or ID.

Set Reply-To to the submitter’s email field, so hitting Reply goes straight to the lead.

(Nice to have) A unique Message-ID/References header per submission, so threading only happens when intended.

Most form tools (Jotform, Gravity Forms, Contact Form 7, Netlify Forms) already support this. It would make native Framer forms viable for client lead capture without extra tooling.

Cheers!
