Nordd

Nordd is a free Framer blog template with a dark neo-brutalist look and a Nordic, Viking-inspired soul. Every photo on the site is turned into a live woodcut print, and your cursor works like a lantern that reveals the carving in the dark parts of each image.

Use it as a dark blog template, a magazine or journal website, a newsletter home, a travel and outdoors blog, a craft or history publication, or any editorial site that wants heavy black, thick borders and hard red shadows.

What's inside

• A woodcut hero with the lantern effect, a giant carved wordmark, an ornament ticker rail and a featured story that stamps into place

• Latest stories with woodcut covers, a scroll-driven saga line, folder-style categories that open to their newest posts, and an authors section with woodcut portraits

• Blog with 12 articles, category pages, author cards, reading progress and next-story links, all from the CMS, plus a working newsletter form

• About with FAQ, Edit Me, legal and 404 pages, with tablet and phone layouts throughout and invented rune-style ornaments drawn in code

Good for: bloggers, writers, newsletters, outdoor and travel journals, history and craft publications, and anyone who wants a dark brutalist blog template in Framer.
