SIL Living

About SIL Living

SIL Living is a Framer website template built specifically for Australian Supported Independent Living providers.

It puts the parts of a SIL provider website that matter most front and centre: current vacancies, clear home information, and straightforward referral pathways for support coordinators, participants and families.

Vacancies are managed through the Framer CMS. Add or edit a property and it appears automatically in the vacancy browser with its own detail page, including availability, bedroom and vacancy counts, support ratio, accessibility information, galleries, household details, support arrangements and SEO fields.

The vacancy browser includes native filters for Location, Availability and Support type, shareable filtered URLs and a helpful empty state.

Each property can lead into a dedicated referral flow with a visible Property of interest field. A separate Contact form is also included. Both forms have styled required, pending, success and error states; destinations are intentionally left unconfigured so buyers can connect their own email, webhook or spreadsheet.

The visual direction is warm and residential rather than clinical, with responsive desktop and mobile layouts, native Framer components and an accessibility-conscious, keyboard-friendly interface.

Also included are pages for Support Coordinators, Services, About, Contact, Privacy, Accessibility, and Complaints & Feedback, plus an unlinked Template Guide explaining how to customise the CMS, filters, forms and sample content.

Everything is built using native Framer functionality with no custom code required.

The Banksia Living provider, team, testimonials, contact information, registration details and six sample properties are fictional demo content intended to be replaced with your own.
