About Stara Reviews
Reviews land in a CMS collection — author, photo, rating, text, date — next to your blog and your case studies. Design the card yourself: your type, spacing, colour, radius, breakpoints. No widget skin to fight. Stara fills the collection; the layout is yours to build.
Nine sections come with the plugin: Grid, Masonry, Carousel, Wall, List, Featured, Minimal, Rating Badge, Rating Bar. Click one in the Stara panel and it lands on the canvas already filled with your reviews. Every setting is a property control.
Choose what shows: pin the best, hide one, or set the site to 4+ stars. Nothing is deleted. A section already on your published page keeps the reviews it was given — insert it again and publish, or let daily sync do it overnight.
SEO-friendly. Your reviews are text on the page, so search engines read them like the rest of your copy. Most review widgets load theirs in the visitor's browser instead.
$39 once per project. No subscription, no per-view charge. Free imports 5 reviews, with all nine sections and no watermark. Lifetime imports the 50 newest by default, up to 1,000 — one import. To keep new reviews arriving, daily sync is $5 a month.
Before you buy. Stara runs its own server: it fetches your reviews from Google through a third-party data provider, stores them, and writes them into your collection. Daily sync needs two things you paste in once — a Framer API key and your project link — and you can revoke the key from the plugin at any time. Without them Stara still collects your new reviews but does not touch your page.
Sync publishes only when your project has no unpublished changes; publishing an unfinished canvas is the one thing it must never do. CMS items count against your own Framer plan. Payment is on LemonSqueezy, outside Framer, and the plan opens for the one project you started checkout from.
Stara Reviews is independent of Framer and is not authorized by, endorsed by, sponsored by, affiliated with, or otherwise approved by Framer B.V.
