Time Slice

A convex strip that splits into time slices. A gently convex strip of media (WebGL). As panels move away from the centre they split into thin vertical slices that lag behind each other – a slit-scan effect that resolves to a clean image at the centre.

How it works

• Drag, scroll or use the keys – speed increases the slice lag

• Timeline scrubber with ticks and a draggable playhead

• Left-aligned editorial caption above the timeline

• Autoplay step or drift modes
