Newsletter Signup

An inline email capture form with format validation, a shake on errors and clear success, error and not-connected states.

Where emails go. For safety, emails are only sent to these newsletter services:

- Formspree: paste your form ID or the formspree.io/f/... link. Sent as JSON; the form waits for Formspree's answer.

- Mailchimp: paste your embedded-form action URL (...list-manage.com/subscribe/post?u=...&id=...) in "Form action URL" and set Field name to EMAIL. Mailchimp hides its reply from the browser, so success means the request was delivered.

- Kit (ConvertKit): paste your form action URL (app.kit.com/forms/<number>/subscriptions) and set Field name to email_address.

Any other address shows "Not connected" and nothing is sent. Requests use https with no cookies and no referrer. Nothing is sent until someone submits.
