responsive wire grid

about wire grid board

wire grid board is a framer component made for my fellow creatives, or non-creatives, really. 

it's a copper wire memo board you can pin your work on, like the ones with photos, sketches, and little clips. 

the grid fits whatever frame you put it in, so it works on any screen.

inspired by my own wire grid on my wall :)

what you can customize

board: cell size, margin, wire color and weight, background, corner radius. you can add rivets on the intersections too.

pieces: each one sits on a column and row. pick square, portrait, landscape or custom. custom can follow your image's ratio or one you type, like 4:5. you can also rotate each piece, change its opacity, and set its corner radius.

clips: there's a simple pin dot by default. upload your own clip image if you want, for the whole board or for one piece.

align: set align x or align y to center and your numbers count from the middle. your layout stays centered when the frame resizes.

good to know

pieces snap to the wire crossings. on very narrow screens, anything far from the center gets pushed to the outer edge, so for mobile i'd use a second instance with its own positions.
