Veolta LabWater is a global laboratory water purification specialist with roots dating back to 1937, providing pure and ultrapure water systems for researchers, laboratories, and scientific organizations around the world.

We partnered with Veolta LabWater to create a localized digital experience specifically for the Japanese market.

Rather than simply translating the global website, we redesigned and restructured the experience around the needs of Japanese researchers, laboratory professionals, and purchasing decision-makers. The site was developed to make ELGA’s advanced technology and product portfolio easier to understand while establishing greater trust and relevance with local audiences.

The Japanese website combines product information, technical benefits, customer stories, educational content, news, downloadable resources, and demo requests within a clear, approachable digital experience.

We also adapted the brand’s visual and verbal communication for Japan, balancing the credibility required of a scientific and technical brand with a cleaner, more contemporary presentation.

Scope of Work

Japan market localization strategy
Website localization
UX/UI design
Information architecture
Content strategy
Japanese copywriting and messaging

The result is a localized digital platform that maintains ELGA LabWater’s global brand identity while creating a more intuitive, credible, and relevant experience for customers in Japan.
