I spent an unreasonable amount of time giving a tiny pixel cat an actual personality… and it became my favorite feature in MacXfolio.

Turn off “I like cats” and it runs away from you.

Turn it on and suddenly it follows your cursor, lets you pet it, and becomes your little portfolio companion.

Making the cat appear was the easy part. Making it react differently based on how the user treats it and still keeping everything fully customizable was the real challenge.

You can change its speed, size, behavior, and choose from dozens of different Neko Cat skins.

Completely unnecessary? Maybe.

Worth it? Absolutely.
