Boardly — Executive Search, Reinvented

AI-powered leadership platform

Boardly connects ambitious startups with vetted board members, advisors, chairs, and fractional executives. I designed and developed a premium website that makes a complex two-sided platform feel simple, credible, and easy to navigate.

The Challenge

Boardly serves two audiences: startups looking for experienced leadership and executives seeking meaningful opportunities. The website needed to communicate value to both audiences while establishing the trust required for senior-level hiring decisions.

The Approach

I created a clear user journey that guides visitors from understanding Boardly's value to discovering how the platform works and taking action.

The information architecture separates the needs of startups and executives while maintaining a consistent visual language. Rather than overwhelming users with features, the design focuses on clear messaging, strong visual hierarchy, and progressive storytelling.

AI + Human Expertise

The design presents AI as a tool that improves the matching process without removing the human element. This balance helps Boardly communicate innovation while maintaining the credibility expected from an executive-level platform.

Conversion-Focused UX

Clear, audience-specific calls to action guide startups toward finding leadership talent and executives toward joining the network. Each section is designed to build confidence and move users naturally toward the next step.

The Result

The final website gives Boardly a modern, premium digital presence that simplifies its complex marketplace and clearly communicates its value.
