Making policy implementation visible
I just published a new project on Framer: The Implementation Factory.
It’s a visual toolkit for understanding how laws, policies, and regulations turn into real-world services.
The idea is to make complex implementation systems easier to map, discuss, and communicate — from rules and institutions to processes, people, and digital systems.
I focused on turning a fairly complex subject into a clear, structured, and approachable web experience, with visual frameworks, diagrams, and a worked example based on Dutch huurtoeslag (rent allowance).
Built in Framer.
Would love to hear what you think of the approach and the visual direction.
