About the Client

Stamina.io builds and implements a unified revenue operating system that helps B2B businesses streamline their entire go-to-market workflow from data and personalization to campaigns, calling, and reporting.

The Goal

Create a scalable, conversion-focused website that simplifies a complex product ecosystem, improves product discoverability, and provides the internal team with a Framer project that's easy to maintain and scale.

Existing Workflow (Before)

  • Every breakpoint had a different layout, so even a small content update required editing multiple versions separately.

  • The navigation grouped unrelated product areas, making it difficult for first-time visitors to understand the platform.

  • Framer project lacked clean organization, making collaboration and future updates inefficient.

  • SEO and AEO foundations were missing, limiting discoverability.

My Approach

Instead of treating the website as a collection of marketing pages, I designed it around a structured grid system that reflects the company's systematic approach to outbound growth. This created a cleaner visual hierarchy, improved content scanning, simplified product discovery, and established a more consistent B2B SaaS experience across the platform.

Outcome

The revamp gave Stamina a clearer and more credible digital presence, making it easier for prospective customers to understand the platform and its product ecosystem. Behind the scenes, the rebuilt Framer architecture significantly simplified future updates, allowing the team to scale the website with confidence.
