About Olympia Emergency Care Physicians

Overview

Olympia Emergency Care Physicians (OECP) is a physician-owned emergency medicine group serving Thurston County, Washington. Its physicians and advanced practice providers staff emergency departments across the Olympia region, under a democratic governance model where physicians have a real voice in leadership. We designed and built the site end to end in Framer.

The Challenge

OECP does not market to patients the way a clinic does. Its site has to speak to three very different audiences at once: hospital leaders evaluating a long-term partner, community organizations, and emergency physicians weighing their next career move. It also needed to:

  • Make physician ownership and governance clear as the core differentiator.

  • Turn scale and quality into instant proof.

  • Feel human and compassionate, in a clinical category.

  • Give recruiting a strong, visible path.

Design and Build in Framer

We designed a calm, trustworthy visual system and built it directly in Framer, with no handoff between design and development. The site includes:

  • A hero built around “Physician-Owned Emergency Care,” with Explore Careers as the primary action.

  • Animated counters for departments supported, annual patient encounters, provider count and board certification.

  • A “Who We Are” section with tabs for Hospitals, Community Partners and Prospective Clinicians, each leading to its own page.

  • A value proposition section covering ownership, governance, hospital partnerships and community commitment.

  • Patient stories grouped by situation, from rapid response to language access.

  • Dedicated pages for About, Partnerships, Community, Careers and Contact, plus Patient and Employee Portal access.

  • Responsive layouts, background video, reduced-motion support and SEO fundamentals.

Outcome

OECP launched with a fast and credible site that explains a physician-led model in seconds and routes each audience to the right next step, with recruiting front and center.
