ContactsFlow.ai is the rebrand and complete website redesign of Shared Contacts for Gmail, a Google Workspace tool used by over 3 million people to share and sync contacts across their teams.

The product had evolved into an AI-powered contact manager, but its website still presented it as a simple Gmail plugin. I repositioned the brand around its new promise, shared contacts that are always up to date with AI, and rebuilt the site in Framer. The new first screen puts the proof up front (3M+ users, 4.9/5 on Google Marketplace, Google Premier Partner, SOC 2 and GDPR compliance), the navigation went from over 30 links to 7, and each audience, whether a team, an IT admin or a large organization, gets its own clear path, with transparent pricing.
