Chloé is a 1910 building restored into 22 one-of-one luxury apartments, and it needed a site that didn't default to a typical real estate template. In six weeks, we delivered branding, web design, and development on Framer. The design sets historic detail against modern minimalism, mirroring the residences themselves. Every choice, from layout to imagery, reinforced the one-of-one positioning. Nothing templated.
