Büsser & Zeidler AG

Büsser & Zeidler is an executive search firm in Zurich, placing specialists and executives with companies across the region. The brief was a brand that feels personal and local, yet established.

We created the brand identity, built around the ampersand that connects the two partners, and translated it into a website with atmospheric landscape imagery, a dark, quiet colour palette and editorial serif typography. "Building Bridges" became the guiding idea.

The result is a bilingual Framer site (German and English) with team profiles, an integrated job board and a dedicated Leadership Advisory page added after launch.
